Working with Filters

Filters allow the user to create filters according to the criteria for the data displayed in the Items window. The user can choose the filter criteria they want and define the filter value - the conditions associated with the selected item.

The default setting displays this window on the right side of the screen.

Activating a filter group

Select a filter group as one of the options from the drop-down list and click the Add button. The drop-down list options are automatically created from the Item tags in the selected model. You can activate one or more filter group by selecting another Item tag from drop-down list and then click the Add button. Filter groups are listed in the bottom of the filter window.

Activating / deactivating a filter

For the selected filter group there is a list of available filters by Tag Value. Click on the checkbox next to the Tag value to activate the filter. All accounts in the active case will be recalculated on the basis of the active filter. You activate or deactivate one or more filters by clicking on the checkboxes next to the Item Values.

Deactivating a filter group

To deactivate a filter group right-click on the filter group in the bottom of the filter window and from the context menu select Remove from Filters.
